The argument over the validity or legality of Kemakeza's candidacy is interesting. I will dwell upon by asking this question. Did Kemakeza himself knew or realised his ligibility to contest the election or has he acted in the pretext of allowing the system to detect and find out for itself and deal with it accordingly. If he has acted with a knowledge that he should not contest the by-election, then I would reckon that he'll be held accountable for his ignorance and causing unnecessary foreceable difficulties.
