Dear Editor,
May I add a few more questions to the ones raised by John Boisotolo: What difference does it make to just change the chairmanship and still maintain the same members who decided on the much debated entitlements? If the democratic rule of voting applies, that is "majority rules", what power does the chairman have to nullify any dubious claims or decisions made by the PEC in the near future?
Change of PEC Chairmanship
