It is not a suprise that we see alot of local pilots, doctors & other professionals leave the country. There is a common practice that our nation pays local professionals with equal qualifications much less salary than the overseas employees in the country. This is a common discrimination against our local professionals. Such practices are complicated by professional bullyings at work places.
Unless our bureaucrats change the work culture that ill treats our local professionals, we will continue to lose our workforce to overseas market. The world is now small with the availability of the current technologies. It is easy for local professionals to leave for more humane employers if they do not a friendly work environment in the country.
