Leaders at the highest echelon succumbing to becoming someone less than the person they truly are. These are the "designer leaders". Its whats happening with our leaders. Its like the stage is set for business. Its all waiting to happen. Leaders expectatntly eyeing transition into their own world, immune to their surrounding and evolving into a new organism; manipulative, unscrupulous, self serving and corrupt. Who is the designer? Its the stale political system, the political forerunners, the influential political figures and the donors with their predesigned largesse.

Its time that leaders are true to themselves and the people that they represent and lead. That makes a class leader! being sensitive to the little things that matter to the people that deserve to be heard - the people of SI.
