I totally agree with comments made by Samson but we have to go beyond that. We must think beyond the notion of RCDF or the obstacles of having infrastructures or we must have this first before we can do this or that. In my view the first step for us to do is to critically assess why we are having so much difficulties then we ought to think of ways on how they can be resolved amicably within our reach and resources. I do not have the answers but I strongly believe there is a way out which I feel is not from our leaders but from ordinary hard working Solomon Islanders.
