The recent ruling of the High Court in favour of the Sacked permanent secretaries by the Sikua led government should be a clear and easy simple message to the Prime Minister and the government.That PS can be save under any governemnt untill their contract expires.Very very simple that you cannot sack anybody unless they breach the contract. Sometimes the Prime minister should be very carefull otherswise your simple unwise action can result in more extra unneccesary expences for the governmenmt.I am not sure where will the government can get money from to pay up their compensations.
