The government is not your mama so that you can depend on them for your survival every time. Like it or not, you are not a priority to them. Disgusting isn't it? Take constructive common sense criticism from people like Linda and you will be successful. Alot of you students struggle financially cos you live beyond your means. You seriously need help in how to manage your allowances for the duration of your course.
