Dear editor,
Allow me to express the above issue. USP vice chancellor requested sponsors to increase the allowance because of the devaluation, which the chancellor stated very clear that it will have an impact to students. Right now, many students are terminated because they fail their courses. Can the Education Permanent Secretary Mylyne Kuve explain why they are quick to terminate students without even consider the request of the head of USP? Thank you.
