Terminal Grant to Spouses
The government's intention to pay terminal grants to wife of MPs is just one of the worst intentions of our leaders. I see no relevant background/reasons for such an intention. This bill if passed would be a gift for those on honeymoon in the corridors of power. This also shows how our leaders weigh their priorities, themselves first before country, something that only came from flibbertigibbets and opportunists. SI is financially broke. The country relies merely on donor funding and suffering from "beggar-thy-neighbour syndrome". To any reasonable person, being broke normally means reining in the spending a bit. It is funny how the Government announced cut in its fiscal spending to ease the effect of the global financial crisis, but failed to walk their talk to pursue the objective of getting the country on its foot financially. This is anther move to wreck the country financially.
