Just glancing through the news of the quashing of the charges of Hon. Zama last year, it is important that the provisions in the Penal Code are changed in order to make sure politicians are not making an easy ride when they break the laws of our country.
The fact that such a case will always be dealt with by the Chairman of the Leadership Code Commission, it is an easy ride by our political leaders.
