What's so special about the six feet? Is it some kind of magic or sacred number? If six feet was given or specified in any regulation, it can be changed to 100000ft or even to the inner-core of the earth.
Boss, SI could go into statehood in a thousand years but by that time it has already naturally disintegrated judging from the current state of affairs in our country. Federalism is one way of accomodating our diversity with a common political system.
