The move undertaken by our national Government to freeze job advertisement and filling the vacant post is contradciting to the policy that the CNURA government have announced. This rural advancement initiation is more like a nightmare. Though there are areas that this government have done after taking over, that is improving our relationship with other neighbours, free education policy, students allowances overseas have received theirs in time and morever lots of overseas trips for it's members.

To freez the opportunity of employment for many graduates to get employed is now making it difficult for many now. Most will end up joining the streets around Honiara. This does not mean that many would not be employed but the biggest institutions like this and to halt the opportunities should not be exercised.
They should be adopting proper strategic planing, controling of the expenses, and made some reform within the public sector.
