I fully agree that those responsible for siphoning the $10 million dollars for their own use other than what was intended (cattle rehabilitation) should be investigated and tried in a court of law.
The lack of demand for accountability on the use of such funds by donor(s) will continue to encourage or promote such abuse of public funds in future.
