Dear editor,
just recently the commision of enquiry into the April riots report was released and now there are fresh claims by Transperansy Solomon Islands that the report was edited by the government.
If these are substantiated claims then I would really question the transparency of our government. TSI claims that the report lacks information on those responsible for initiating the riot. If these informations are withheld somewhere then the report should be classified as baseless and biased piece of literature. The nation expects more realistic, informative and honest reports regarding such controversial issues as the April riots.
Elections are coming up next year and we don't want history to repeat itself so now is the time to clear every dougts.
I salute the efforts of Transperancy Solomon Islands in investigating such issues.
