I am just puzzled by the level of comprehension and background knowledge 'Anna Bua,' a first year tourism student, has about the SICHE Tourism Programme. She seemed to be well versed, not only about the course design and structure, but also how the course evolved and the funding arrangements relating to the overall tourism programme. Needless to say, the level of English is quite stunning for a first year tourism student, too, especially if she came straight from High School and did not have any work experience. I wonder who 'Anna Bua' really is? May be at this stage, I can only give 'Anna Bua' the benefit of a doubt.
