There seems to be a personal war between Billy Felix and the University of Honiara investors.
The content of the exchanges between them clearly tells you so.
Mr. Felix seems to want to criticize anyone whose comment is neutral and does not take his side.
Well, I am not taking any sides here, but can we at least hear what the public relations or the Director at the Investment division has to say officially.
As a matter of fact, isn't the Ministry of Education the proper people to make any such comment on academic investment issues?
We are becoming confused every time these gentlemen exchanges criticism with each other.
Can the Solomon Times at least clarify this with the Director at the Investment Division and the PS at the Ministry of Education.
Can we hear from the competent authorities
