Dear Editor,
I'm writing in response to the article by Midweek Jani, Perth Australia. I agree with what he stated in his letter. I do not fully agree with the sentence "When students get to Fiji are meant firstly to study, and the ball is now in their courts to study and pass courses as required. But if they failed their courses, obviously they need to return."
What about students from other campuses? Should they be excluded from this current policy. I think this should apply for all Scholarship recipients regardless to which institution in the world you are pursuing further studies. Thus, the only thing we need to do is to be proud of ourselves as future pilgrims of the Happy Isles other than pointing finger to each other.
Termination of Scholarships
