I would like to join others by urging responsible authorities to properly spend all the goodwill donations from various aid donors, NGOs and companies on its intended purpose.

Apart from providing falsified reports at each end of aid distribution, recipient authorities of relief aids should invite a representative from each donor sources (if possible) to accompany disaster officers when delivering the relief items to disaster victims. Certainly events from past experiences have eroded public trust on responsible officers/personnel. Over to you ladies and gentlemen.
