I think the concern raised by Victor Tadakusu need to be investigated and addressed by the relevant authorities.
It is important that relief supplies meant for the victims of recent flooding in North West Guadalcanal must reach the people who deserve them most, rather than those who have lost very little, or nothing, during the recent bad weather.
Donations made towards victims of natural disasters were given in good faith by international aid donors, and other organisations. Hence, it is important that responsible authorities must ensure that money, food, housing materials and other household items meant for the rehabilitation and restoration of the lives of those who fall victim of such natural disasters, MUST reach the real victims. To do otherwise is stealing or thieving.
