Dear Editor,
It's welcoming news to hear that the government is sending more students this year to do tertiary education in Papua New Guinea.
Human resource capacity development is a very vital key aspect to the long term and sustainable development of our country.
It is encouraging to see that education remains one of our government's top priorities.
While this is showing good signs and more money being directed to the tertiary sector, let us not forget the primary and secondary sub-sectors where the bulk of Solomon Islands is.
Let us unite in hard work this year to build the future of Solomon Islands together.
