I congratulate Sir Peter Kenilorea for the prestigious honour bestowed by University of Queensland as a Honorary Doctorate.
If my record is right, Sir Peter is the Second statesman to be honoured with such a prestigious award. The first statemens is Sir Baddely Devesi. Sir Baddely Devesi was awarded a honorary Doctorate by the University of the South Pacific.
