It is heartening to note that plans are in place for the improvement of SICHE programmes and infrastructure, as well as the establishment of the USP fourth Campus. It is about time that some serious work is undertaken to upgrade our one and only local tertiary institution, and to establish a USP Campus in our country that will help provide University study opportunities for the majority of Solomon Islanders, locally.
