Dear Sir,
It is now 35 years since I left Malaita, where I was serving with the Specialist Team Royal Engineers. My task was connected with the construction of the Kwai Road working with a great team from the Public Works Department. I would dearly love to hear from anyone who remembers me and the team, all those years ago. After 32 years service with the British Army I count my time in the Solomons as one of the happiest periods. In particular I remember the kindness and hospitality of the peoples of Auki, Ngongosila and Kwai. My address for any correspondence is:
