Temotu provincial assembly will debate a motion of no confidence against the premier Johnson Levela next Monday.

Provincial member for Venga ward, Allen Lverna says that the non executive members will move the motion although he was not able to name the mover.

He says two appointed executive members were sworn in by the Provincial premier towards the end of last year, but one had defected from Mr Levela's executive to rejoin the non executive group.

Mr Lverna says non executive members have signed a solidarity agreement ahead of next Monday's meeting.

He says provincial members are not happy over the way the premier had managed provincial affairs and more so the use of provincial funds.

The Temotu provincial premier, Mr Levela is currently in the Reef Islands.
