Solomon Islands renowned Tuna products, SolTuna is making a big breakthrough into the United Arab Emirates (UAE) market following aggressive promotions at the Dubai Expo 2020.
In early February this year, Soltuna signed an agreement with Talent Seafood, a local UAE company to be its sole distributor.
Following the signing of the agreement, SolTuna Products has gradually established itself on the Supermarket shelves in the UAE with Talent SeaFoods Trading securing a new arrangement with Clearance Supermarket in Musaffa in Abu Dhabi.
Talent Seafood CEO, Mr Mohammed Kutty pioneered the presence of Solomon Islands products like SolTuna in the Middle East & North Africa Region.
“One of Solomon Islands achievements in its participation at the world Expo 2020 Dubai is that Soltuna products are now selling in Supermarkets in the United Arab Emirates (UAE),” said Solomon Islands Commissioner General, Ambassador Moses Kouni Mose.
Kokonut Pacific products which includes Virgin Coconut Oil for Body and Cooking will also be arriving soon, courtesy of Products Pacific UAE.
The Expo 2020 Dubai opened on 1st Oct 2021 and will end on 31st March 2022.
