Australian businessmen John Smith plans to put an injunction to a plan by Sky Airworld to develop Anuha Island, Central Province.

Speaking from Brisbane, Mr. Smith informs the national broadcaster, SIBC, that he's given the Sky Airworld time to sit with him and discuss the development before taking any further action.

He says he will not hesitate to take up a court injunction in Brisbane, Australia, if the airline failed to consult him.

Mr. Smith says he had held exploratory discussions with his lawyers on the issue.

He maintains that he holds the power of attorney over Anuha island in Central province which the government had approved for Sky Airworld to develop.

He says that the power of Attorney requires him to take care of Anuha island and other family businesses of the late Father Pule.

Mr. Smith had all along claimed he holds the power of attorney over Anuha although a high court ruling had ruled otherwise.
