According to Dr. Sikua, the incident occurred around February 2006, after he resigned as a Public Servant.Dr. Sikua stated in court that he was an ordinary citizen during the time of the incident and also said that his appearance in court this morning was in respect of the Judiciary of Solomon Islands.Past hearings were without the appearance of the Prime Minister and he was given a warrant by the courts to appear in court or to be arrested.Two other witnesses will make a statement this afternoon in relation to the incident. It was said that the witnesses were with the Prime Minister during the incident.
