Police Continue Fight Against Central Market Crimes

Central Market Police continue in their fight against crime in the area.

Police at the Central Market apprehended a 16 year old male and conveyed him to Central Watch House after he was caught selling 'kwaso'.

He was charged with selling the illegal liquor and granted bail to appear in the Honiara Magistrates Court.

In another incident, a 23 year old male from Burns Creek man was also arrested by the Central Market Police for possessing marijuana.

He was formally charged for possessing a dangerous drug and was granted bail to appear in court on a later date.
