Police have arrested two men in relation to an incident where a 21-year-old man died at Burns Creek on Sunday morning. Detectives from the Serious Crime Squad and Naha CID are leading the investigation.

Police arrested a 16-year-old male and an 18-year-old male after several patrols responded to reports of a stabbing on Sunday. Both males are from Burns Creek.

Police believe the 21-year-old died after suffering wounds from a sharp instrument.

Officers from Naha CID, Serious Crime Squad, Central CID, general duties and the Forensic Unit attended the scene and within hours had two men in custody.

The two men are being questioned by police in relation to the stabbing and another incident.

No formal charges have been laid yet. The investigation continues.
