PM Assures Public Servants of His Support

Prime Minister Dr Derek Sikua concluded his Ministerial visits last Friday with an assurance that his Political Government is committed to support the Public Servants in their duties to deliver services to people.

He made the assurance when visiting the Ministry of Home Affairs last Friday.

"Despite the constraints and ongoing challenges facing the public service, the CNURA government will always be there to support," Dr Sikua said.

The Prime Minister has praised public servants for their commitment to implement national responsibilities despite operating under some worst working conditions.

"Some of departments and offices lack proper equipment and materials to really perform their jobs," Dr Sikua said.

Dr Sikua further hailed public officers for the remarkable outcomes and efforts relating to the implementation of CNURA government policies so far.

The Prime Minister's Ministerial visits were aimed at gathering first hand information about the operations of individual Ministries and the challenges they faced.
