Pacific games committee kicks off fundraising drive

The South Pacific Games fundraising committee is kicking of its fundraising drive tonight at the Multi purpose hall.

Tonight the youths of Honiara will get to see some of the best dancers in town do battle at the Multi purpose hall. "This is the biggest craze in town at the moment, we are hoping people will show up in numbers tonight" a spokesman for the committee stated. "There are at least fifteen dance groups registered for tonight's dance competition"

Excited freestylers in town have been preparing for the past few weeks "Its $3,500 cash prize for the winner, it's not a bad prize for a one night show" stated one dancer. "We are expecting a big crowd tonight, they will not be disappointed"

The SPG fundraising committee is planning various fundraising drives in town. "We are planning to send a big contingent to the games so we are asking everyone to come help support"
