Miss Fiji, Alisi Rabukawaqa, is the new Miss South Pacific, after winning the title in Samoa.

Miss Rabukawaqa, a World Wildlife Fund Volunteer, won the title on Saturday night in Samoa.

The new Miss South Pacific is 24 years old and is a Bachelor of Science graduate from the University of the South Pacific (USP), with a major in Marine Science.

Along with the Miss South Pacific title, Miss Rabukawaqa also won the awards for "Best Traditional Costume" and the "Best Interview".
She takes over from last year's winner, Miss Cook Islands.

3rd Runner-up: Miss Papua New Guinea (Sara Kila Karo)
4th Runner-up: Miss Cook Islands (Uirangi Bishop)
