Dream Time Traders, a shipping company operating locally has accepted Solomon Islands Football Federation's proposal for the company to sponsor the city's junior soccer league.

Company Director Carl Beldon told SIFF General Secretary Eddie Ngava in an email message that he was pleased to take up the offer to sponsor the junior soccer league competition.

"It is with our greatest pleasure to advise you, that we humbly accept this offer, and look forward to finalising the finer details of the sponsorship arrangement in due course," he said.

Dreamtime Traders has been involved in sponsorship of Waimapuru, Campbells Girls and boys, and Ulawa Soccer Teams in the past years.

"We would anticipate that this Junior League sponsorship will prove to be as, or more successful, as our relationship with soccer teams in the past," Beldon said.

The manager of Dreamtime Traders is a past player and coach of soccer, whilst he was a resident in Australia. He has also refereed junior soccer matches in North Queensland.

Carl has personally met with Peter Osgood, the then captain of Chelsea Football Club, who went on to be the Manager of Chelsea.

"With this involvement, interest and experience, I am confident that we will enjoy an amicable relationship this year, and for many years to come.

"May I take this opportunity to congratulate you in regards to your vision on the role, and future development of Junior Football in the Solomon Islands. "LIVE THE DREAM", he told Ngava.
