Credit Corporation (CC) will again reopen one of its famous products called 'vehicle mortgaging' starting on the 18th of June 2007.
The product was well received amongst Honiara and the rural population in Guadalcanal when the Company opened for business in 2005. However, due to a shortage of staff, the follow up on client's repayment was slow. The service was suspended until management had seen it fit to reopen .Potential customers were querying about the CC service since the beginning of the year. Initially, the service was to have reopened in April but it did not. Now, the date is set for the 18th of June which should be good news to those who want to buy vehicles for transport business.
