ANZ Hosts Financial Literacy Training

ANZ Solomon Islands recently hosted a "Money Minded Programme" in Auki, Malaita Province, with the intention to improve financial skills, knowledge and confidence.

Members of the Solomon Islands Women in Business Association and Malaita Entrepreneurs Association were participants to the first of its kind training designed specifically for the Pacific Audience.

After completion of the training, participants would be able to manage and save money more efficiently. The 22 participants stated that the format and content of the training was simple, practical and applicable to everyone.

The Chief Executive Officer of ANZ Solomon Islands, Barry Snowman, says the programme is a powerful tool to use within communities.

People from all walks of life can use it to achieve their financial goals, save money and change their spending habits.
