The National Sevens Squad comfortably defeated SICHE, in the finals, thirty four goals to seven (34-7), in front of hundreds of supporters.

The National Rugby Squad took control of the game from kick-off and kept their opponents away from their own try line with their fast running and attacking rugby. SICHE had to be content with playing defensive rugby for most of the game.

The National Squad controlled the game through its very mobile forward pack. Set pieces were executed well with the backline pack resulting in three unanswered tries. The fourth try came from one of the backline players. "Fast paced running rugby is what we wanted, I think it was a good performance from the boys" a spectator stated.

The SICHE coach was full of praise for the team, saying they put on a magnificent performance
"It was so unlucky that SICHE of lost by 7/ 34, the boys deserve hearty congratulation for putting on such a magnificent performance" he said. "They may have lost by 7/34, but for me their really perform very well. It was unfortunate that the boys lost"
