I just can't understand that a SIG senior bureaucrat has simply stooped that low to even store pornographic pix in his working computer.
This act of madness reflects very badly on the gov't and Solomon Islands especially the mindset, level of commitment, pride, professionalism and competence of some of the top brasses.
