The Honorable Minister Lokopio of Western Province is to be congratulated for standing with Soltai and its continued development by retaining its shares. Soltai is an excellent example of dolphin safe tuna production for export. Soltai is an environmental steward which is conserving tuna, dolphins, and the ocean environment. In addition, we congratulate the Honorable Minister Lokopio for committing to the ban on captures and exports of dolphins in the Western Province earlier this year. Truly Western Province is a leader in caring for the natural environment.
