I wish to congratulate Rick Hou on his appointment to the World Bank position in the United States. I guess its time for him to expand his horizon on the job. Indeed he has served our country well with honesty, and intergrity. He has left footprints that must be followed.
He has left behind a vacuum that calls for similar leadership and dedication qualities that Solomon Islands need at this time. I beleive his successor will tread the same pathway towards achieving similar attributes.
May all go well with him and his family. Congratulations!
