May I take this opportunity to wish Rick and Rachel Hou, and family, all the best as they leave the SI and begin a new life and career with the World Bank at the Washington DC, in the United States.
Rick has been a good role-model for all SI leaders during his time as the Governor of the Central Bank. He is truly a man of integrity. Let us hope that his successor will maintain the same leadership style and principles.
May God continue to be with you, Rick and Rachel as you leave our country.
