Doctor Shortages

Thanks for allowing me space to comment on the above issue. I think our country has produce a good number of doctors already but the problem is that most have left for oversea (Aus, NZ, PNG, VAN) countries looking for greener pasture as you may say or better incentives. Therefore if the government provide a more attractive and better incentives (salary)for them perphas we would see many them returning to our shores again and avoiding other doctors who might be planning to leave in search of green pasture. However, doctors with heart for their people will continue to serve despite all the challenges they face.
