I do agree with the need to to train more medical doctors. My concern though is we are losing more qualified and experience doctor overseas so if we don't address that loophole, training of more doctors won't make any difference.
Make some sort of legal bond with those guys so that they must at least work for SIG for a minimum of 5 years.
