Why don't you build a recreation center house in Honiara so that the youth can gather there after school where they can get help with homework and meet and chat with thier friends.
Once again it is ignorance and disrespect for the youth. It makes no sense, if you build them a place where they can go with games and TV and tables and chairs they would not be in the honiara business district loitering. Makes sense doesn't it! When you don't provide these things you make it bad for yourselves as well as your business district, think about it.
