Student Allowances

I think that it is completely unacceptable that students have not been receiving their allowances on time, and in full. How hard is it to transfer money to bank accounts these days? Solomon students who are studying overseas (and locally) are the future of government and business in the Solomons. They should be supported in such a way as to make their ability to study (such as having full stomachs) as easy as possible, with as few distractions as possible. There is a lesson to be learned here for the future leaders of the Solomons that are trying their hardest to study and get ahead - change things - make sure that when you move into positions of influence that these sort of things never happen again.
