student low performance and sponsor

While Pamela raised an important issue, she has not supported it with evidence to strongly corelated the the relationship between students low performance and sponsorship. She needs to argue on evidence rather than merely commenting. By observation, it looks as if there is a relationship between student's low performance and sponsorship does exist, but how can we know?

We can't merely stated otherwise, unless someone proofs it by researching it. While some have different experiences and capability going through the situation, one cannot jump the conclusion in the front que, and assume the answer is correct to his or her assumption.

There could be or may not a possibility or relationship between students low performance and sponsorship. If someone in USP can establish a relationship between the two variables it could help the government's planners to act more responsibly.
