Global theory propagandists have run out of explanation as to why the temperature aren't rising as expected for the past 10 years (since 1998), there is significant cooling instead of significant warming (Sault, 2008).
According to this theory the global temperature should have been exploded from super-polluters of carbon dioxide yearly from countries like India and China, but, in fact its the contrary according to the latest satellite readings.
