The Symbolic, Psychosocial & Political Frames analysis will all point us towards Indigenous Solutions on the Solair & Telekom Companies. Our Indigenous Staff are looking for similar solutions.
We must not blame our Pilots for resigning and we should not blame our Telekom staff for cuts on Telekom services.
Let us see the actions of our Indigenous staff of Solair & Telekom as long-term solutions.
I would rather loss two staffs (Telekom & Solair Heads) who come on temporarily working Visas than to loss an army of Indigenous workers who have longterm commitment and stay in the country permanently.
