Scholarship overturn
Obviously, the recent scholarship award is corrupt. The NTU preached that there are three Categories of scholarship awards; GPA 3.5 and above for high achievers - being as priority candidates, middle achievers from GPA 3.0- option candidate, and Low Achievers from GPA 0 - 2.9. for shared scholarship. The 2019 scholarship Awards speaks contrary. Those on lower levels proves to get more full scholarships while many students with GPA 4, even GPA4.8 missed out; Other provices like Makira province who host Waima NSS got very little share. This indicates corruption on the part of the MEHRD. This needs investigation from the Police. Police should not snoring till someone wakes them up. Its a National disgrace.It happens year in year out. Instigate investigation now. The Public do not need lame excuses.
