Anti Corruption Bill

Dear Editor,I think the anti corruption bill is really good, but for me it will not be enough. A good start, but more should be done. One example is the idea of gift giving, and since culture is recognized many will use it as an excuse. Here in Gizo many people no longer know their culture, mix people and races. How will we know what is a cultural gift? Same for Honiara and other provinces. So maybe we should start looking at defining culture - but too many we will get confused.
