Hi Ian, Yes! In terms of preparation, the Solomon Islands Committee responsible for the upcoming event is behind schedule. That is what I have been told and you can also find other sources on the net.
The dates you stated may be correct but they could well be put forth one or two weeks later - the dates are not fixed currently.
